Cancellation Policy
In case we receive a cancellation notification from customer and the order has not been shipped by then we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
The refund process would take approx. 10 to 30 days and would be reimbursed to the same credit card.
Customer can cancel their orders within 6 to 12 Hours, we will not be able to cancel orders that have already been shipped. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Gulf Micro Systems LLC and accepts the cancellation policies.
For Bank Transfer order, if payment is not received in 3 days the order will be cancelled automatically.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be provided if the order is cancelled due to the following reasons,
- Product not available
- Product damaged
- Product out of stock
- Cancelled by the customer,
Credit/Debit card Online - If an order is placed by credit card and the order is cancelled for the above reasons, the money will be automatically credited back to your Bank and same Credit card. This usually take 10-30 days depending on your bank after Gulf Micro Systems LLC has initiated the refund.
Bank Transfer - If you have made a Bank transfer and the order has been cancelled due to the above reasons, we will refund the same amount to the same account we got the payment from. No cash Refund will be provided.
Cash on Delivery - If you have made a cash payment and the order has been cancelled due to the above reasons, we will offer a online voucher with the same value which can be redeemed online. No cash Refund will be provided.
Refunds are subject to timelines from the customers' banks, and Gulf Micro Systems LLC will not responsible for any delays once the refund has been issued to the bank from our side.
Note: For all Refunds only, we will be Refunded the value only and not the shipping charges.
