DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Policy – Products

 When we accept your order, we will do our best to make the delivery within the quoted delivery period. Some items shipping time vary, please check that during checkout page, if we do not attempt a delivery within the quoted delivery period and you provided a full and correct delivery address then we may offer a full or partial refund of the delivery fee. If you provide an incorrect delivery address and we are unable to deliver, then we may treat the order as cancelled by you and refund the price of the goods. The delivery charge will not be refunded. Should nobody be available to accept the delivery, the courier will keep hold of the goods for up to two days and you may re-arrange delivery. After this period, we may treat the order as cancelled by you and refund the price of the goods. The delivery charge will not be refunded. We may send items individually, so if you have ordered more than one item from us it is possible you may receive them on different days. If for any reason your order does not arrive by the estimated promised delivery date then we will contact you at the email address you provide with a status update and modified delivery estimate.

  • Option 2: Delivery till door

 the goods will be delivered to the customer with one of our shipping partners such as Aramex, DHL, Wing

Shipping Fees:

Shipping costs are based on a combination of the following:

  • Weight and dimensions of your package
  • Method of shipment (ground, air, sea, etc.)
  • Location you are shipping from (city, country)
  • Location you are shipping to (the destination country)

We offer free shipping within the UAE, for orders of AED 1000 and above. Shipping costs to International countries will be calculated on your shopping cart during checkout.

Costs can be considerably higher for international destinations, and generally not include additional charges such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. For example, international rates may include pickup and door-to-door delivery. Customs clearance and maybe some other government fees. Extended Area Surcharges may apply depending on the international location and is not included in the shipping Fees. This should be paid by the customer receiving the goods.

 

Shipping Mode:

We use Aramex or DHL, Wing for deliveries to all other Emirates and Aramex, DHL international orders.

 Delivery Lead-Time Frame:

 

  • Within the UAE: 2-3 working days
  • Within the GCC: 3-10 working days

    For Local Shipment:

    We often process local shipment same or next working day if we got the order before 15:00, Sunday till Thursday. If for any reason your order does not shipped by the estimated promised delivery date then we will contact you at the email address or phone number you provide with a status update and modified delivery estimate.

    International orders and shipping may incur local duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage or other local government fees, which are not included in the freight quote. Those fees are sole responsibility by the customer/Buyer of the goods. Please, check your local customs and government imports laws fees, duties and taxes.

     

    For shipment to GCC

    We often process International shipment same or next working day if we got the order before 15:00, Sunday till Thursday.       New Retail box, Original accessories, Full warranty by manufacturer
    • Open Box:
      New Open box, Original accessories, Full warranty by manufacturer
    • Refurbished/Renew:
      Refurbished products are repaired and restored to a like-new state. They are verified to work properly and include all parts and accessories (original or comparable substitutes). All refurbished products sold by Gulf Micro Systems also include a warranty.
