Terms And Conditions:
1) All Goods are covered under USA warranty or international warranty where stated. We will not accept products with international warranty for repairs.
2) All goods must be shipped to Gulf Micro Systems at customers expense and Will be repaired in the GMS Service Center free of cost provided they are under Warranty.
3) Most Refurbished products have 90days Mfg. Warranty unless otherwise stated by the GMS.
4) We will ship back the repaired merchandise on our cost
5) All goods returned on RMA will be repaired only, no credit or Replacement will be provided
6) Please allow 2 to 4 weeks to get the product repaired from the date We receive it
7) Manufacturer’s warranty conditions take precedence. e.g. Physical damage, spillage is not covered under warranty.
